Many people say that a new engine should be broken in with regular oil not Mobil 1 etc.... Does anyone know if the factory uses something different for their stress testing and then fills with mobil 1 prior to shipping...???

 

I have never heard of this beleif. Where did you hear this from? Usually you want to try and stick with the same oil throughout the life of the engine.
