I have an 01 with 68,000 miles, stage 2 with original brake pads and clutch. Does that make me a Wuss? I probably just jinxed myself.

You're not a wuss. That's just a testimony to how stout these cars are. Keep driving it.

Word! I just changed my front brake pads with 46k on it! I would imagine yours are almost ready though?

I have always put big miles on my 911s (6 of them), they seem to run better once you iron out the early kinks. Our turbos are probably the best group of sports cars ever made when you factor in longevity, mod ability, and it being way ahead of its time considering it was designed in 1998 or 1999. Porsche should have used these engines in the 996NA and they probably would have saved bottom line money in the long run with all the replacement engines from RMS problems and such. The resale would have been better too.
