High Beams?

High Beams?
Just curious if this happens to anyone else?
When I'm driving and go to turn the high beams off, my lights just go out completely! if I go to turn the high beams off, my lights come back on and if i try to put in high beam again, it comes on...
I'm guessing I might have a short somewhere?

lol. yeah well this happened before the tune. i've driven through so horrible weather so i'm wondering if that could have been it with water going somewhere it shouldnt have in the front.
