We are still talking about a highly modded car against a stock car, and weight doesn't have that much effect at high speeds
Yes, I took an Enzo almost a year ago to the day.

SORRY GUYS!!! Here is the way it played out we meet at this undisclosed location, we were thier as they were checking air pressures on the tires.

We were delayed for a while because the "ENZO showed up with a (what we thought was a burned out headlamp).

Anyway, Xico gets in his car, Julian gets in his and the rest of us pile into two mercedes'. As we are getting on, the ENZO takes off at full throttle............. behind him (WAY BEHIND) were the rest of us and XICO was still try to get on the onramp.

Finally....... Julian is on the right lane, Xico passes everyone and then the ENZO get up next XICO.

The two mercedes' were running next to each other and behind XICO and JUlian. AT that moment, BUSTED!!!!!!! A Trooper comes out of nowhere and hits his lights to move us over and gets right behind them as they mergerinto one lane............ the Trooper gets next to Julian looks at him and then proceeds to get next to XIco and look him over.
Done for the evening, could not take the chance. Sorry guys.

But, the race is on for tomorrow night. BTW, YOu guys know my feelings on Ferrari, but Julian gave me a ride............The only words that come to my mind are:

AWESOME
ORGASM

throttle body , new program etc.

I don't know what you call it (fuel management package) who cares. Tomorrow we are putting in a larger fuel pump , a larger throttle body and a new program from EVO. My car should have over 600RWHP and 600+ LBS of torque . I am waiting to see how this setup pairs of against the Enzo. It's true that my car tops at 185MPH because of the shorter gears (3,4,5 & 6) but it gets to that speed real quick and from what i hear the throttle body adds a good deal of torque to that . I will try if conditions are good tomorrow to race the Enzo again and will post the results . I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to do this what ever the outcome is. Next i will look for a Carrera GT to race.

Heya guys just some tips on this 'cos we do it real in NorCal....

You do the three honks from a roll. Know what I mean? On the third honk you both go and that makes things fairer. Make sure you're in your powerband so chose the mph to roll from.

Good luck and put that Italian trash away man...

There is a Guy In PHX AZ that owns a McClaren F1 and an Enzo. I hear that he and his freinds take the cars out and race them all the time. Cant wait to hear about the TT vs Enzo out come

xico,

If you have 600+ rwhp and the car is geared you have the faster car. Make sure that when you engage you do so in the sweet spot which should be 3800-4000 rpm range. If you have had your car dyno'ed you will know where peak hp is obtained. Be sure not to wind it out past point. In other words shift.

Have fun, be safe.

I bet the instantaneous response of a NA engine such as the one in the ENZO will give it a big advantage, he'll jump on you, if you can reel him back in that would be superb,

Good luck and be safe!

all the best

If the go from a roll it doesn´t matter, as long he´s in his powerband.

Goodluck Xico, just be safe, it sounds exciting but you don't want to hit anything at those speeds.

I personally think the enzo will take it, not by much, it hits 132 in the quarter mile but that is because it has no traction at first

I raced a stradale in my cousin's supercharged z06 which ran 122 in the quarter mile, and this ferrari has, exhaust, headers, ecu and other stuff, and he ran 118 in the quarter. From a roll they were even, it was crazy, i was impressed i thought we had him, but his front bumper stayed at my door the whole way till the speed limit

thank you Chad for your help

Chad , thanks for the info. You are on the money, when my car is on the power ban it's crazy now (as Roger put's it , before it ran like it had a potato in the exhaust). The last dyno showed maximum HP at around 4200 rpm and maximum torque at 6000 rpm (the run was done in 5th gear). We are putting in a new ECU today and we are going on the dyno again tomorrow. I may move the race to the weekend so that i can have the new dyno readings to go on . Based on the present readings , since your car is also regeared how would you shift (at what RPM) for maximun results.
