DVs Toast?

Tonight, upon building boost, my car started making a "hooting" sound, rather a "honking", I'm now only making .6 bar compared to the usual .7-.8? Failed DVs?

No Check engine light, however its building boost very late as well. Could it be a loose intercooler pipe?

this could also be a boost leak, such as a cracked or loose boost hose.

Thanks! Whats the best way to check these hoses? Is removing the rear bumper skin the easiest way?

PSM and ABS lights come on when the car comes to a complete stop after a short drive. Does this re-enforce the boost hose theory?
