P1101 code help

P1101 code help
I just recently went through yet another bad maf in the car. I just replaced it with the bosch 01 replacement one. I keep getting the code P1101 ..
car runs like SH&T and is limp mode .. .5 - .6 bar of boost
any ideas.. I checked all my hoses and double checked them. Could it be a bad maf out of the box ? The car ran better with a bad maf .. any help would be appreciated.
Also just replaced a bad coil pack.. Which i heard never go bad, but with my luck it burnt up. Doubt that has anything to do with it but just FYI
