New 3" Exhaust
My buddy Mike Staley from Bar Tuning, is helping me build a 3" custom exhaust. It's only going to have cats for now, but in the near future we are hoping to make an x-pipe design with 2 inline resonators. The idea is to use v-band clamps so that the x-pipe portion can be removed and just run it with cats. Here are a few pictures for now:

The exhaust is ridiculously loud, but between the weight savings and the instant boost spikes to 1.0 in 2nd and 3rd gear, I couldn't be happier.
Tony, Yeah I asked him if he'd heard of you, and his ADD was on overload. He was making the exhaust so I didn't press him on it, but assumed you two must know each other from working on Audi's and V Dub's.
Sean, Once I get these stupid GT2 C/O's on and the new Vivid Air Box I'll be in a position for more powah, as in MAD POWER! Until then I'll just have to live with beating your $234,000 M3 up and down I-10

Mike is a great guy, I was talking to him through the storm making sure he was ok. Is it still a mess out there?

Things are okay. Mike's house didn't fair so well, but the shop is okay. I'm sure Mike wishes the opposite was the case. I think he wanted a new shop roof. I'll tell him hello!

Ryan sorry I missed your call. It's been a ****ty weekend for me, women issues, but I want to see if I can get Mike to make me a version of that exhaust with no cats so I can run C16. I need a 3" exhaust. Hit me up later today.
