im not going to say that im in the market for an exhaust , but this thread sure grabbed my attention and when that happened my first place to check out vids of diffrnt exhausts out there was Youtube .. and i found some that were astonishing to have and some that was a big NO NO ..

I'm a big fan of techart. The sound is more like an enhancement of the factory sound. No drone. No rasp. Just nice. But were a techart dealer so I'm biased

I have experience with both tubi and fabspeed. The tubi is too raspy for my personal tastes. We did a evoms gt700 which came with fabSpeed. He wasn't happy and we switched to techart. No complaints!!

 

Did not notice the drone in the Speedtech vid but I do notice it in my stock
exhaust. When I get my Speedtech 70mm bolted on I will post comments.

I now have a tubi competition on my GT2 which sounds sweet... the turbos spool and make a lovely noise.

I had a normal tubi on the 996tt and hated it.

 

I love the sound of any style straight pipe (including the Fabspeed Super Sport) when you have a big set of turbos... I guess that is just the redneck in me talking. That whine/whistle makes me love the car even more!
