Off to the races. Bullish Percentage index upward reversals today: Financial, Energy, NASDAQ 100, S&P500, NYSE, Industrials. Clearly the Cyclicals lead the overall markets higher today. These stocks were the most over sold and are the trade. The longer term investment are the Staples, Health Care and some Discretionary. Just my opinion.
