I thought I would share this pic I found of a company called top art? some good designs of the front end of a 996 and even the rear wing looks good and functional. What do you guys know about this if anything...pretty cool IMO

I could give a crap about the color and those huge wheels suck too. In fact the uplifting doors are stupid, since they only belong on a lambo. But the nose is the nicest I have seen and the wing in the back is hard to tell but it looks good from this angle.

 

The front bumper looks pretty interesting , however i am a skeptic when it comes to fitment.

 

Fitment is an issue, but I am not even sure it is available. I think it was done for that car only. There is no link on where to buy it, so I am guessing they are testing out the looks of the whole thing or something. The nose is 997 GT2 ish... They even stuck LED's in the lenses. maybe there is "fast and furious" led's under the car as well.

 

I like the front bumper...

There is another company doing 997 retros on our 996's but they include 997 headlights which I do not like. I'd rather keep my headlights. and frankly, this front end looks way better than even the GT2 front end I saw the other day...

 

I found the rest of the pics of this car and I have to say, I do not like the rear end at all or the top of the car or the side or the doors. But that nose and headlight combo looks great.

It is just an artist rendering, kind of radical and cool, but not real.

you're saying that the second of the top two pics is an artists rendering? looks like a picture to me ?
