Smoke on Startup (cold & warm)

I know this has been covered several times re: smoke on a cold startup, but recently, i've noticed my car has been smoking on even warm startups, its white smoke, smells like burnt oil, not a huge amount, but enough to be very noticeable. Any thoughts on what could be causing this, car has been using appx 1 liter / 2k kms recently, i recently upgraded to the vivid 650 kit, before this my consumption was about half of what it is now....

My only thought is that the turbo seals are going, but this seems very unlikely as i cool down @ idle for at least 1 min every time i drive, and these are water cooled turbos! I've only driven 3k km's on these new turbos.

Thanks
