I have been using Zaino for over 10 years, great stuff and have good results with Lexol cleaner and conditioner.

$1100 for one tub of wax. Is Carnauba really that expensive to source?

For carnauba I use Zymol Vintage but it is pricey. For synthetic I still like the protection of Rejex.

really depends on what you are looking for. depth of color, protection, to clean etc.

all the above are good and have used them ALL!! I have gotten to the point where I want the car to look good (not perfect) because it is driven weekly and tracked at least once a month. I have settled on the Optimum products which seem to be the total best to me all round.

also have stopped the entire day and weekend to use to detail my car. found it way better to drive it more and yes even when not perfectly clean. seems more enjoyable and less stressful.

my days of trying to get my perfectly detailed car home before it rains is over and I love and drive the hell out of my car. at almost every track event someone asks me if my car is brand new!!

My favorite is Pinnacle Souveran Paste for a carnauba. For a sealant, i use Four Star Ultimate Paint Protectant. It is the slickest feeling product that I have ever felt. I top it with Souveran to give it the nice look of the carbauba with the protection of the sealant

Hell no, but if some people will pay that much I say more power to them. I use Griot's. Good products, good price, good results.

I am rather plebian....turtle wax ICE products...cheap, in stores, and no white residue.

And they seem to last a long time (many washes). I only hand wash. My heart says get a good clay job soon...always wondered if doing "too much" is actually pulling clear coat off the car and in the longest term way of thinking a bad thing....

Tried many different brands like most.

For my weekend warriors - Zymol Waxes

For the daily drivers nothing seems to hold a shine long term like Zaino. In the summers it rains constantly, Zaino seems to hold up longer between washes when I'm feeling lazy and the weather doesn't want to co-operate.
