I agree with mclaren, Audi is the worst service I have ever had. Not only are the cars a POS but the customer service and service dept. I used to go to was a bunch of morons with their heads shoved up their culos.

Sounds like all of you disgruntled BMW haters need to find better dealers. The service side of the house at ORR BMW in Shreveport, LA is #1 in my books. The S/A always accommodated me in every way when I bought my car in for service. I'm talking BMW loaners and really good customer service.
Now on the sales side, that's a different story there. The sales manager is a ***** and likes to play games and shows no respect. That type of attitude drove me away from BMW when I was about to purchase a nice loaded M5. Now, I just drive by to let the S/M see my Porsche while I visit the S/A once in awhile to say "Hi".
