Hey guys I can't believe we do not have a thread going yet! I think I may go both days. Not sure yet. But if we decide we want to go as a group just 1 of the 2 days I suggest Sunday. It draws a bigger crowd.

As usual I think we should have an OC Caravan to Lucent where we will meet up with the LA guys then up to Ventura.

OK guys, well I just found out that the whole Akkurate crew is going. Alex, Kirby, me and maybe more. We will be in a EVO/Akkurat booth I think.

So it would be really nice to organize a dinner to get the NorCAl and SoCal crews together. How about someone from the south organize something since you know the area better.

Also, how about getting a table at a trendy bar/club for one of the evenings.

Just some thoughts!

the problem is which day should we meet. i'm waiting for u guys' call. SAT or SUN? Fred, which day do u guys plan going?

 

I say we do it Saturday night as most of us will be there both days. (or maybe Friday night since we will be driving down that day I assume).

I think most of us will plan on driving back on Sunday night.

 

Also what Hotel do you recommend. We should all get the same hotel (for those who need one).

I just booked a room at the Country Inn Suites in Ventura Saturday night. Special rates if you mention the Autofest. $104.00. Complimentry parking outside or under ground. The Holliday Inn is all booked up for that night. They still have rooms available at the Country Inn. I suggest jumping on it. Right in the heart of Ventura. Walking distance to all the restuarants.
