Help from Gurus please.....

I can't get ahold of my tunner and I have found a problem that I have had since day one. I have a 16/16G setup with upgraded wastegates and from day one I have gotten a P0234 overboost code. My tunner had pulled boost from my ecu twice to rectify the problem. The original thought was that the wastegate brackets that were shipped was not what the tune was mapped for. Aparently they had changed over the brackets for them and mine was stuck in the middle with the old brackets with a tune for a newer laser cut bracket that changes the wastgate rod length or position.............Anyways yesterday I pressurized the line going to the wastgates from the boost frequency valve. I applied 15psi and found no neaks on the lines......the one thing I did find after checking and rechecking was that the pass side wastgate rod moves 1/8" LESS than the drivers side. The total movemnt is 7/16" on pass side and 9/16" on drivers side. How do I adjust correctly?

adjusting the nuts that are holding the arm.... but I do not think that the unbalance is the problem.... I actually think your boosting too much and ur ecu is freaking out...
get on it in 3rd gear and see what the dash will register.... dont tell me the spike it will showe aftery ou let off but rather what boost it sustains when ur in it...

hmmm balancing the wastegates has been covered before...you could do it mechanically using physical measurements or use a procedure to measure at what boost the wastegates open....search.
