There is actually a website that is dedicated to M3 engine failures/explosions.... 130 so far, 48,000 to go...

Dont worry.. you should be fine

130/43,000 is not that good of an odds... and its covered under warranty... just make sure you bring your car in for the recall...

During the NASA DE at RoadAtlanta last month, a brand new M3 (2003-2004) blew it's engine. There was oil and antifreeze all over the track. It was not a pretty site.
