I have looked at a few cars up in Tampa. I may be able to help as well. Which car are you looking at. You can PM me if you want as well. I have done some PPI's on a few cars up there.

Could not believe that he lied to me the car was in perfect condition without any scratches, dings, nor dents, neither after market excepted the navigation and wood dash for matching steering wheel.
Will inform him that I wont buy the car.
Without you and people here, I may ending up with lot of frustrations and money.

There weren't any dents, just lots of pits and scratches. The car was far from perfect condition. The curb rash on the wheels wasn't pretty either.
Do me a favor, he's local here so please don't tell him I slammed the car. I don't want him being pissed at me for losing a sale. Just tell him you found something in your area.

I just told him so because I were bidden from ebay, therefore I must inform him its visual condition in order to back out the deal. Otherwise, he will report me negative feedback.
Although, don't worry. There are 2 people were bidden $50 less than I. So, he will sell to them for less.
