Hi Guys and Girls:

I'm what you call a long time listener, first time caller. I've been stalking the 6speedonline community for a while, and I thought it's time to start contributing content.

I'm an ex-pat Scot living in St. Louis, MO. Anyone else on the board from St. Louis?

My ride is an almost-exactly-how-she-left-the-factory Basalt Black 2002 C4S, other than the mandatory clear side markers, and TechArt pedals, which I can't even take credit for (someone else paid the luxury tax on it, drove 432 miles, then traded it in on a Turbo). The factory was kind enough to install some other options, of which PSE is the one I care about.

Is this a good place to talk about mods? *smiles innocently*

I'm spouting all of this, because after lurking here for a while, I feel like I (kindasorta) know you guys, and I wanted to level the playing field.

Oh yeah, I Rejexed for the first time a month ago, on acount of you guys. It really is that shiny, isn't it?

Anyway, looking forward to participating more in the future.

PMac

welcome as well, I find this board very infective as you may already have gotton the bug! I am actually trying to stay away from this site as I feel like I am gonna get deeper into the infective state!! But the informative technical stuff is really really helpful!! (all the mods on my car -very little I might add, were done by myself by getting enough info from this board). Feels great to have some time "working hands on" on the mods. (also might add, I am no where in the level of any auto mechanic/repair field - just a Porsche enthusiasit. I am a medical doc. and have 2 young kids and don't have a whole lot of free leisure/spare time, but I always manage to find some time to keep up with the Porsche!!! Welcome again and have fun with the MODS.

Thanks guys, I posted pics over on the 996 board.

I'll warn you, though. Some of them were pre-Rejex. My girl gets driven as Prof Porsche intended, and it shows.
