i'm 30, have no wife nor kids, and got my turbo instead of the huge house. I got a condo for myself and decked it out. i figured it is important to take some time to invest in things that you enjoy while still young. you never know how long you're going to be around and how healthy you will be. we see examples of good lives ending abruptly all the time, seems more frequent the nicer and kinder you are.

be a little selfish - do the things that you enjoy.

if the car doesn't provide you with more joy than you are sacrificing in leisure funds, ditch the car, enjoy life without unnecessary penny-pinching drama, and get a newer one later when it won't crimp your style.

after all, you are pimpin enough it sounds like.

save for a rainy day so you can still make payments even without a job.
save for a retirement so that when you are no longer allowed to drive cause your reflexes and vision is so shot, you can pay someone to get you food.

wait til you're 30!

just kidding trojanman

If you are after a Turbo and a 996 doesn't even cut it a Cayenne would be a truely bad move.

Here is the bad news:

Sounds like you want a Porsche as a real performance/sports car. A Cayenne - Trubo or not - has the Porsche name on it but that is about as close as it gets to being a sports car.

O-Ace is infamous around these parts
Maybe get an M3....not as powerful as a 996TT but a lot of fun to drive!
