The Edge 60lb injectors are Semiens. Same length, same flow, etc.

There are a few reasons why we aren't using these injectors on the 996 any longer and fitment is one of them.

We're using a variety of Bosch Motorsport injectors. 58lb most commonly.

They are nearly drop in, have a great spray pattern, operate with very similar characteristics to the stock injectors and are very similar priced.

I had 3 sets of injectors and all were long.... with the adaptors it seems like a direct fit...

okay, but please elaborate on the fit'ment. It seems to us that the 60lb'ers are a little too easy to remove, verses the stock ones that are solidly locked in.

I have not done the installation myself. From talking to others who have done it, the Siemens 60lb long injectors have more play than stock injectors. The trick is to make sure the rail is properly spaced and tightened down, then they will be secure. As always, check for leaks.

Just fire her up... you will soon know if there is a leak... especially when she's warmed up

Turn the key but dont start the car. The fuel pump will prime and pressurize the system. Look for leaks and smell for gas. Repeat several time.

You can also run the pump using a Piwis or similar tool.
