Is there a way to keep the stock spoiler up? I've searched but wasn't able to find out if there was or not.
I can use the manual button and it stays up for a while even when off but then if I drive it and come to a stop it goes down? Is there a way just to keep it up?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I would be careful trying to keep it up all the time. I've heard (but can't confirm), that the extended position is the "high pressure" position, and that leaving the wing up all the time can hasten the demise of the hydraulic system components (i.e., it will eventually cause a leak). As you may know, these systems are already sensitive and prone to failure, so if it were me I would not help it along any (and, unless you can source a used unit, the spoiler parts are several thousand dollars to replace).
I notice if i hit the button to keep my wing up it stays up till i hit 60 65 mph the trigger speed to raise the wing.. then it returns to the down position when I come to a stop or slow speeds... if you raise the wing and stay below the trigger speed it should stay in the up position.
Yes, there is a way. I did it long ago and since then I no longer have the stock spoiler.
I can tell you this much. There is a plug on the far right side rear in the engine compartment. I believe it has five or six wires. Two of the wires need to be jumped to each other. The spoiler stays up and no faults. Extremely simple job.
Sharkster @ sharkworks may remember what two colored wires need to be jumped. If not, Rob @ S Car Go Racing did it for me. I'm sure other's know. Anyone?

You don't want to pull any fuses, because I believe doing so will also disable the engine/decklid fan. As the above poster indicated, if you search here and on rennlist you will see that there is a way to jump to pins in the spoiler caple connector, which is probably the best way to accomplish what you want to do.
I would advise you NOT to leave the spoiler up for a long time. I left mine up for a month and now, it goes up at 75 (like always) but when I stop the car, red light comes on and it stays up. I have to have someone push the spoiler down while pushing the spoiler switch down at the same time to lower it. If I leave it out, the pistons will get rust. Dealer tells me the fix is $1,200.00 !!! Now I'm trying to get the light out via pulling a fuse out.
