Protomotive k24/18g upgrade
Some comparative 60-130's...
K24: 7.8 - 7.9 seconds
K24/18g: 6.9 - 7.0 seconds
In the real world, that is a HUGE difference.
I can't speak for K24's, but I did come from K16/24's before I got the 18g's (many people say K24's and K16/24's perform equally). For me there was a large difference between the K16/24's and the 18g's. The 16/24's had a bit less lag, but ran out of steam slightly up-top. The 18g's are not a laggy turbo at all...they come on very smoothly, almost NA like, and pull hard to redline. This is mostly due to the flat torque curve that doesn't die at higher rpm's. The HP difference between the 2 turbos may not be a large amount, but the difference you feel behind the wheel is substantial.
If you're truly interested in making the switch, I would try to get a ride in an 18g car. I'm pretty sure you will not be disappointed.
Good luck!

K24/18G Setup
It is a significant difference from base K24s. With the Protomotive tune you can also upgrade as you go in the future, making future upgrades and flashes much less of a haste, and less expensive as well.
With my personal car I went from K16 ---> K16 Flash ----> K24 -----> K24/18G Flash pump ------> K24/18G race gas.
The difference was always noticeable and got progressively faster each time. Well worth it in my opinion for each upgrade.
