Driftbox won't pick up Sat signal
Driftbox won't pick up Sat signal
It was nice and cold this morning so I thought I would get a sub 6 second run on my way to work.
Unfortunately the Driftbox won't get a satellite signal, it just keeps blinking.
I had the same problem this weekend when it was cloudy but today presented a crystal clear azure sky.
I also repositioned the box close to the midddle of my windshield but no avail.
Any insight?

Sean,
You may need to let it recalibrate. I forgot how to do it, but when I borrowed the one you had it was having trouble also. I let it recalibrate and it started working within a few seconds.
Also when I get my headers and stuff on. I need to borrow it myself. I think with new plugs and 24psi it should really knock out a good time. My 7.4 was embarrassing but whats even more so now is when I got WOT it shoots a 2ft flame out the back of the car and it doesn't go anywhere. The plugs are THAT bad. So not only has it dropped me down that much power, it also has made it where I can't even go into boost. I guess after 5-6 tanks of C16 and the same set of Copper plugs I should have known what is going to happen. I didn't even run a tank of 93 between those, but oh well live and learn.

Under the settings options there was a complete recalibration option. I forgot the actual name of it, but Ryan helped me figure it out.
They call it "Coldstart"
You should leave the car with Driftbox connected for 15 minutes in an open area, to re-acquire.
Press the MENU button from any display mode.
Highlight the setup option and press OK.
Select COLDSTART.
The following screen appears and a coldstart is performed.
