K24/18g guys...Any Mustang Dyno?
I made only 450 HP and 475 TQ yesterday. I have 71 lbs injectors, EPL 1.2 bar and k24/18g , exhaust. Something must be wrong? A/F are in avg of 11.9. Not happy at all! The car runs fine, no codes nothing...but why am i makaing only this much power?
I made 500 awhp on dyno dynamics , 535 rwhp on dynojet.. before injectors on just 5 bar fpr

One big fan on the back side right in the middle. No fans for the intercoolers !..maybe that's the issue. And my max boost was 1.2 bar.

A few notes... The DD you dynoed on it the highest reading DD I have ever seen. Your dynojet number were about what I would expect.
You mentioned in your email that the car made 475hp, why post a lower number here...cofused.

All and all, I wouldnt expect much more power from a 1.2 bar 18g car on pump gas, with stock ics.
For reference, John D's car (also an 18g car) made 490 @ 1.2 bar on our dyno, with upgraded IC's, y pipe, plenum, throttle body.....

Im surprised you made the numbers you did...
Benchmark Tuning ...they do mostly subarus,srt etc...
Talked to Tony , everything looks good from an A/F standpoint, i will try to get a v box and do some runs soon and re dyno with fans when i get a chance. Can someone here loan me a v box?
You NEED fans on the I/Cs. I usually blow fans into both I/C ducts from front to back, but I've always had the Proto intake system.
FWIW, I made 580 rwhp on a Dyno-Dynamics with fans at 1.3 BAR on my 18G setup, and then made 600 rwhp on a Dynojet without fans a few days later. The car trapped 136 at that level.

60-130 is all you need, V. You'll make 426hp on that same dyno next week!!! You're all tuned, that's all the dyno is for. With your mods at 1.2bar you should be mid 6's easy, if not, it's not the car

I learned this lesson last year too when an EVOMS GT660 996TT and myself (EVOMS stage 2 at the time) went to a dyno locally that had no experience with P-cars... and I hit like 320whp and the 660 car hit like 380whp. LOL.
We told them that ain't right and they were just saying and thinking our cars didn't make the power we thought. Good times!
