Plug Change Interval

How often do you guys recommend changing plugs?

It seems I may have fouled the plugs with a couple of boost spikes. The car really sputters at anything over 1 BAR at about 4,000 RPM.

I have a BPU K24 car with the mods below.

Ari, I have seen on here many times that modifed guys should change 10-15k miles, and stock guys can go longer like the above poster says.

I am at 12k miles now and plan on changing here soon when I get some different turbos to do it all at once.

I think 15K on a modded car is good. I went about 22K with upgraded K16/24's before the plugs began failing.
