Protocol for grievance with paying sponsor?

I don't want to get banned or have to live in nomex 24/7, so in all sincerity, what is the protocol if someone has a grievance with a paying sponsor?

I've given every opportunity for them to man up and do what was agreed- but I'm tired of talk and now ignored calls and emails. I'll give this a chance then I take it to the next level.

Any advice/guidance appreciated.

thread closed and pm sent

btw...Chris and I are having a dialog and discussing the issue.

However, for the curios...IB's policy, for those that haven't seen it yet, is that these matters will be settled off of this forum..no exceptions...policy is the same for member/sponsor disputes, sponsor/sponsor disputes and member/member disputes. It is pretty simple. If you start a thread over a dispute with a sponsor or another member it will be closed and you will be banned. In this case Chris made an inquiry first, which was the correct thing to do. I would say to any member with a dispute to please pm me (or any other mod/admin) first. I certainly don't want to see any member harmed by a sponsor or another member. Everyone should realize that we get many scammers joining here every day and we try to root them out but it is a big job. Anyone purchasing items advertised by members should make some effort to know the person/sponsor you are buying from or ask the other members for an opinion (or ask the seller for references) before you put your money out. Our rep system isn't like the seller rating on ebay so you can't rely on just that. You may not agree with IB's policy but it is their forum and it will be run according to their wishes.

Update: Chris's dispute has been completely settled to his satisfaction. This notice will be left up for a day or two and then the thread will be removed per Chris' request...
