you need to understand that you are a brand new member (newbie) and no one knows you here and there have been cases of members getting carjacked by inviting someone they don't know to come look at their car...not that you are looking to carjack someone but this is the internet and anything is possible...find a dealer car to go look at or go to a eurosunday or some other club gathering..there will probably be a 996tt there...

Carjacked!? Jesus. Well I guess if you can have 14 kids and want the state to pay for them anything is possible. No offense taken. I've driven a MY01 996tt but wanted to look at someone's car that is newer than that. Never even knew that EuroSunday existed. I wish it was closer to me as driving up to NY for the few hours isn't really possible for me. Thanks for the info though.

you should be able to find a car event that is much closer to you...I just threw out ES because they are pretty much nation wide...maybe some of the local guys can help you out with some upcoming events...the GT3 had a Mark I and Mark II...I don't know if the TT's did the same thing...there is a 996tt picture thread that shoud give you a pretty good idea...
