K24 EPL Flash

Anyone in SoCal have EPL tune on their stock K24s? I would like to get a ride if possible to feel the difference before making the decision.

Thanks ahead.

you will regret doing that flash only, you will want more power. just do the EPL 18G upgrade now.

i want to take my mods one step at a time, so I can tell the difference for every mods and make the car more enjoyable to drive without getting bored with it too fast. 18G is always in my list of mods, but budget is an issue too

If you're going to go incrementally, then after you flash your car with the K24's....do the wastegate upgrade kit....you'll definitely see the difference. The kit is only $295 so it's not a checkbook breaker. I used the UMW kit.

My car is down right now, but i'm running K24s, Straight pipe setup, 5 Bar FPR, BMC intake, etc.

I'll let you know what a tune does for the car and how it feels after all that. Keep in mind my car prior to this was a K16 chipped car, that's it. I have yet to drive it with the K24s and all the other above mods on it. I'd recommend you also do a 5 bar FPR that way you can get the most out of your setup with a good tune.

I have the UMW tune on stock K24s. It is a change you can feel. My first mod was the europipe exhaust...you could feel that too, earlier spool up mostly. I have been doing mods one at a time, but I did have an end point in mind from the start. Seems I need to do wastegates next...and 5bar FPR though.

I pretty much went the same route, K&N filter which doesn't do much, maybe a bit louder?? then KWs which I felt improved handling a lot. Then i put in Fabspeed exhaust and i can feel the turbo spools slightly earlier and smoother, but way louder.

Just sent out the ecu overnight today, will get it back Tue. Can't wait.
