A couple of possibilities...
Chris's German Auto in Bellevue... I had my PPI done there. Check out www.chrisgerman.com. It cost me around $300. I was happy with the inspection they did.
There's also a shop in the Greenwood area on the Seattle side. Check out http://www.johnwalkersworkshop.com/. They only work on air cooled Porsches, so that might be an advantage to using them. They're highly regarded, from what I've heard.
