I went and paid a visit to Ian and the other guys at EVOMS today. I spent about an hour or two there and it was great, they took me around the shop, showed me what builds they were doing, etc.

They pointed out several cars from guys on here, so I just wanted to say I saw your cars being built, they looked awesome. They told me a little about each car, and my reaction to a few of them was . You guys know who you are

Post up if one of your cars were there, i'm trying to put a name to the face errr car.

BTW I think one of them was BigBadBen? Or something like that, from Canada... They had your car on the dyno, it was sick!


I'd 100% do business with these guys for anything, they were awesome, and very very personable.

 

They are a great bunch of guys.... I'm pretty sure Joe's car is there too the gt900

 

There were three customer locations I remember, Colorado, Canada, and NY - the one from NY is going to be out of this world I hear... I saw the motor being built in the shop.

And there are some others, but I forget where he said those customers were from.

Where is Joe from? And does he have a GT2? Cause there was a dark colored GT2 there on the lift that was nuts. He said the customer has a modded Cayenne Turbo to haul the GT2 to the track. Hell yeah.

 

Joe is from NY if i recall correctly... That monster should be Joe's

There was another one in there from Cali - Los Angeles if I remember correctly. Getting the motor built.

 

Do you remember what color?

 

Silver I think. It looked to have a GT2 front end on it if I remember correctly. But the motor was out of it getting a rebuild.

 

Joe's car? How long has that car been at EVOMS? Over two years? That has to be one of the longest builds buy EVOMS.. must be some special.

When I was there June 08 there was a SERIOUS build stock looking silver 996tt from NY. Awesome facility & staff. This is my my company does business with them.

Regardless of the time it has been there, I can tell you it's going to be insanely fast.

 

I was there yesterday as well. We must have just missed eachother. I try not to stay too long because it seems that there is a direct relationship to the amount of time there is directly related to the amount of money I spend. They are a very talented group!

Yup that was my Seal Grey on the dyno. I miss her soooo badly..

The tuning continues on this all new set-up that EVOMS is doing for me. I know for sure many EVOMS GT700 owners will take this route, the gains are very impressive on pump fuel (93). We have not run race fuel in her yet, not that that matters to me.

I am very happy with the results so far. Shortly I hope to post some details once Todd is happy with everything. It should be a very strong car once it's all said and done.
