Do I need to wash new stock rotors?

I was just reading the article on the new Brembo rotors and in there it said unlike other rotors you do not need to wash them after install?
what does this mean? I just put new factor rotors on my car last night. do I need to wash them in something??
Thanks

It is up to you. Some rotors have an oil residue that should be cleaned off with brake cleaner. The oil can cause a varnish-like coating over time that can cause squeeling.
