As I am awaiting the arrival of my Aerokit TT, I was just wondering if any of you Boston Turbo owners have any good recommendations for a dealership to bring my turbo to for service? I have heard many horror stories and just want an honest dealership with professional techs.

The dealerships that I know off the top of my head are Herb Chambers, Ira Porsche, and Clair.

Do any of you guys have experience with any of these dealerships? If so, what are your impressions and would you recommend them?

By the way, I saw an absolutely gorgeous white turbo with aerokit on Boylston street a couple days ago. White is absolutely stunning. If you are on this board, congrats on a stunning vehicle!

It really depends on where you live!!
I go to Herb Chambers cause they are the closest and I know the service manager very well

 

i took my 996s to clair. i found them to be knowledgeable and helpful, polite, and intelligent. i never brought a "serious" problem to them (never had one), so can' t comment on how they are when the going gets rough.
