So I sent my ECU out to Stephen on Wednesday to get the GIAC level 4 done and so that he can take it with him to GIAC at the German Auto Fest for the IBE (Stephen - you are the best!! Thank you soooo much!!). Stephen called me as soon as he got it to confirm receipt and left me a voice mail (this is what I call great customer service )and added that someone had swapped out my Porsche chip for an Audi one!!
I was furious and could not wait to get a hold of him to get the details...He was flying though so I had to wait a while to speak to him again. The only people that ever touched my ECU were the Upsolute guys...
I spoke with him later and he confirmed that my chip was replaced.
I called Upsolute to clarify this and after initial denial, they confirmed that they did indeed swap my chip but that they used the same AMD chip (clearly not the case!).
I know many were happy with Upsolute but for me it is just one nightmare after another...I also heard that they do not have a K24 program even though they told me thay had a different program for the X50!!
All I can say is that I can not wait to get my GIAC in 8 hours!! 600HP baby

Your gonna love the power I promise you that (good think of it as a tacticaql nuclear weapon, once most people see how fast it is they won't bother picking a fight w/you!!!!) You will only need to demonstarte it once.
