I went by my dealer today to talk about getting my 15k service done and he took me back into the garage to see the engine from a 998 c2s. This guys car was immaculate and had only 8k miles. Well anyway while going through the gears at WOT he missed 4th and accidentally went into 2nd.

Needless to say the valves shot right through the engine, the heads of the pistons were melted into like abstract art. They haven't told him yet, but he has to spring for new engine. Apparently this guy waited 8 months for the car when he ordered it, and like rubs it with a diaper. I guess he should have spent a little more time learning to drive it. ;(
