I believe the front and rear lids share the fuse that controls the spoiler. I pulled this fuse when the spoiler was raising crooked to avoid any damage. When I took the car in the techs had a time getting the trunk lid open to disconnect the battery before working on the spoiler. I don't remember if I mentioned that I had removed the spoiler fuse or one of them checked the fuses and just installed the spoiler fuse and the trunk lids worked
