How much will this GT2 go for?
2002 was the biggest production year For the 996 GT2. Silver was the most common color. This car has nice touches with the silver interor pieces, red seat belts, and CF shifter. Overall, within the GT2 class this is not as rare as the puff description makes it out to be. In fact, if you ever run into another 996 GT2 while driving this one, chances are will look just like yours. I have no idea how crazy this particular auction gets, but if it's anything like the testosterone contest called Barrett-Jackson, this "one of a kind greatest supercar ever built" may sell for $120K plus. But in my opinion it's probably worth between 80 and 85k in the U.S. Market. Good call VIPRKLR!

99 F355 F1 Spyder with 14,000km just got sold there for $96K Canadian today. Seller was not happy because he paid $192K Canadian 5 years back. Don't think this GT2 will reach above current market value.
I'm guessing $80k - $85k for the GT2.

Should have sold it. Looks like the owner thinks it's worth more than it really is. 88K is not a bad price, in fact, it's more than what he eventually will get for it when he comes to terms with the fact that he actually does not own the greatest super car ever made. (Although all of us GT2 guys think we do, me included).
