PSM / Traction codes?

Guys,

my '02 TT has both the PSM and ABS warning lights on. I have disconnected the battery a couple times, codes stay. I scanned the codes and cleared them, codes stay.

I really dont know what is wrong? nothing was wrong; i went and blead my spoiler actuators. In doing so i took the airbox out (disconnecting MAF). At first, i took the MAF back off and cleaned it with the aerosol clearner - looks fine. ever since messing with the actuators, i cant get the codes off?

what could it be?

Well...my advice is to get the codes read. Without them we will play 1000 guesses and you will spend a lot of $.

P1250 Boost Pressure Control Deviation - Above Limit

Possible fault cause
♦ Bypass flaps incorrectly adjusted
♦ Turbocharger faulty

I would look at the wastegates...they may be fouled or need adjustment. Also check for leaks/loose connections.

Clearing the codes if the fault is still present does not help...FWIW

anyone have an idea?

BTW - the PSM/ABS lights came on as soon as i started the car, after bleeding the spoiler solenoids. Only engine thing i did was remove the airbox/maf, and reinstall.

there must be something going on here? it didnt overboost to set a code, all it did was start and idle. I have read that these two lights can come on as result of other codes/problems.

thanks
