Issues after clutch slave replacement - need some help
All,
Brought my car to an Indy to have the clutch slave replaced and there seem to be some issues - dang it.
Both slave and accumulater are installed, the system has been bled, but the clutch turns out too soft. I mean it's ridiculous.
The pedal hardly has any resistance to it and the clutch seems to engage when it's about one inch away from the floor. Freaks me out.
The Indy , despite having done these slave replacements 'a thousand times' (these are his words) does not seem to know what is going on. He says the system has been properly bled.
Anybody any clue as to what could be going on ?
Thanks for your help - this is my daily driver

What timing...
literally 30 minutes ago I lowered my car from the lift after replacing the accumulator (again...) and I'm in the middle of doing up a detailed DIY with pics on how to do it without taking a bath in Pensosin...
Mine's working GREAT after the test drive, but I also have an aftermarket clutch/PP/LWFW...
You want it to pick up closer to the floor than closer to the flywheel... Trust me... The other scenario is bad...
How did they bleed it? Gravity or pressure?
BTW, Took me 50 minutes start to finish and that was including putting the car on the lift, finding all the tools/supplies, and installing, bleeding, checking the rear p/s reservoir...
