New sideskirts available for our cars

I'm not sure about other turbo/c4s owners out there but I always felt our options for aftermarket sideskirts were extremely limited (pretty much just the TA sides). I wanted something a little more subtle while adding a little more aggressiveness to the curvaceous body of the WB 996's. These are based off the 997 TA sides. Let me know what you all think

Nice, wonder how they would look with the GT2 bumper. Techart seems too cosmic with them.

Looks good Edwin. Reminds me of the skirts on pre 02' mk1 porsche cup kits for non-turbos

Only if it's as good of a deal as the spoiler was Puts a big smile on my face every day.

I'll even paint it in bodymatching color and post pictures.

Rich,

The skirts are attached via double sided tape and screws. You will need to drill a couple new holds on the underside of the car and two screws in the front and rear wheelwell.

As you can see in the pic below, we have about a 3/4" lip on our side skirts where the end user can apply double sided tape to ensure a snug fitment.

For those concerned with fitment and how much work it may take a body shop to get these on, here's exactly what we did.

1) Took off the OEM lower side rockers

2) Painter tape'd part of the car that will have contact with the skirts

3) put the skirts on the car

Line and fitment is near perfect

Only areas that needed improvement was the passenger side rear piece needs to be cleaned up a little

so we trimmed the corner and that was it

These were the first ones made and i've reported back to the owner of PP and he's going to clean it up a little but fitting and everything took less than 30 minutes (including taking off the oem side rockers)
