Help on Alternator and MAF

Hello all,
I have a 2002 911 Turbo, Tiptoronic and I need some advice for my Alternator and MAF...

I bought a Durametric reader and have these results

MAF Ranges from:
Hot Film MAF: 1.22v to 4.85v (avg 1.78)

Alternator Ranges from:
Supply Voltage: 11.86 to 13.86 (avg 13.38)
Power Supply: 11.86 to 13.76 (avg 13.45)

I got these form driving for about 15min.
I went Wide Open Throttle once and well that of course set of the CEL and other lights.
The codes I got are listed below:
Fault Number:P0102 Description:Porsche fault code 115 - Hot film MAF sensor
Fault Number:P0300 Description:Porsche fault code 507 - Misfire detection
Fault Number:P0306 Description:Porsche fault code 509 - Misfire cylinder 6
Fault Number:P0302 Description:Porsche fault code 510 - Misfire cylinder 2
Fault Number:P0303 Description:Porsche fault code 512 - Misfire cylinder 3

I have tried cleaning my MAF and resetting the car by leaving the battery unplugged for 15min. Also I did replace my battery due to the previous one not keeping a charge, the new one has not failed on me for the past 2 months of use.

I also noted after going WOT and having all my lights go up, my revs when I come to a stop flutter around, like the car was going to stall.

So here are my questions
1. Should I replace my MAF?
1a. Should I buy the 996-606-124-00 or 986-606-125-01?
1b. If I use this 986-606-125-01 do I need to get something flashed by my dealership? (my car is an '02 but the part in it right now is the 124 one)
2. Should I replace my Alternator?
2a. Is there anything else I could do to check my Alternator is bad or good?
3a. I am thinking about ordering the Autozone Alternator (Duralast Import / Alternator) is this okay? or should I order the Bosch one ( I am getting the one for the automatic transmission)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I end up changing my MAF and Alternator, I cant remember which Part i chose for the MAF, but I did choose the Bosch part for the alternator.

I also chose to change my spark plugs and coil packs, and belt while they took the bumper out and got access to the engine.

If I got to do it again I would also get my O2 sensors done also, but I didn't have the parts on me.

Before you go buying all kinds of stuff, check your boost hoses very carefully. You can get all of these codes just by having a boost leak. I don't know why Porsche doesn't have a simple code for "boost leak", but when you have one, none of the codes really make sense.

Haven't checked MAF sensor voltages in quite a long time but as best I remember, the low end should be around 1.0V, not 1.22. High end is fine as long as it doesn't try to exceed 5V.
