New seats/harnesses - what do I need to do?

Hey everyone,

I am getting racing seats and harnesses to use in my 996TT. What do I need to do to make the electronics work ok (airbag, seat belt chime)?

Thanks!
Ashley

Just buckle the seatbelts behind the seats when you use the harnesses.

Is that the only sensor I need to worry about? Anything as far as a weight sensor or anything? Doing both driver and passenger seats.

Thanks!

Does the passenger airbag work solely off the seatbelt being belted?

Anyone know?

What about all these resistors I keep seeing mentioned? Is that only for newer models?

I just installed a set of 996 gt3 Recaro's and the only thing I hooked back up to the harness is the seat belt wire for each side.
