Just got back from my 3rd event at Roebling with the new seats (GT2) and tires (Hoosier R6's). Feeling more comfortable driving. The seats/harnesses are the ticket - huge help.
Have worked my way up the Black run group and still have a few things to address - breaking later before the turn (test of nerves), getting off the brake before turn in, getting on throttle just at apex.
I've been working on being smoother and being consistent. I know the car has a LOT more, I'm just moving up slowly with my driving.
Some of the comments I've received here in the past have been very helpful. Here's the latest video of me behind a GT3 Cup car for little while before I made a few mistakes and he pulled away. The harmonic resonance between my car (RSS XPipe) and his was pretty intoxicating.

Any feedback (bad or good) is always appreciate by those more experienced. And I know I should have lowered my visor...

What is your goal? If your goal is to go and have fun and drive a nice smooth line, goal accomplished. However if you'd like to pick up some time (I believe Cory Friedman ran a 1:18 there on R888 in a 997.1 RS). Then I have a couple of small tips that might help.
I know it's Roebling and I'm no expert at Roebling (been there once, my least favorite driven track) but you would benefit from more throttle sooner during the long sweepers. Even if it's maintenance throttle, you spend a lot of time off the gas coasting and seconds are ticking away and speed is scrubbing off. Spend the least amount of time not pressing something with your right foot as possible, even though it's Roebling and all sweepers, so some coasting will be required, but the same rule applies, you'll just be maintaining throttle instead of accelerating all the time. And try to always get to full throttle as quickly as possible between turns while maintaining the same line.
Your line is pretty smooth and so are your inputs, but it doesn't look like you are challenging yourself or the car. Now that doesn't mean you should be sawing at the wheel the entire time but your steering inputs are bordering on too slow (which I think will change when you start being more aggressive with the throttle), you can be fast and smooth at the same time.
That being said, 1:26's at Roebling is no slouch, so you have a solid foundation to build on. Focus on being on the gas more during your laps and the times will go down fast.
Watch this video and listen to when Cory is getting back on the throttle, then listen to yours. You may not be able to match him, due to difference in grip, but you can sure close to gap. FF to 1:32 for his qualifying lap and listen.

First, thanks for taking the time to watch and critique. "you spend a lot of time off the gas coasting and seconds are ticking away and speed is scrubbing off" - agreed.
My best time was 1:24 for the day and you bring up some excellent observations. I'm going to spend less time 'coasting' and more time getting on the throttle a little bit sooner.
I've watched Cory's video a number of time and will have a chance next month to give it another shot. The in car videos have proven to be very helpful.
Also, is there anyone running Hoosier R6's on their 19's? If so, what hot tire pressure works best? Right now, I'm at 36F/38R hot.
Thanks again!

Erez,
How about a little more steering input?? Haha Looking smooth. Welcome to the black group.

Thanks, Ben! I just need to pickup the pace a little bit for that to have any effect.
But don't worry - I hope to follow your lead next time!
Just watched that video... Sick...
