Well the time has come to stand up and be counted...

OK folks with all of the recent selling of our TTs the community is seemingly loosing some of the old-heads... Who here is planning on actually keeping the TT for the long haul? I hope I'm not the last man standing.... I've been through so much with this car that I can't let it go. I might get something in the future but I don't see myself letting this car go for a long time yet.

1)Moi
2)CJV (I pressume!)
3)KPV (don't you go loco on us...)
4)Collin996TT
5)RKS (I'm going to put you down Roger because I _know_ you love that car too much
6)Icerboth
7)RaveTT

Man it's getting lonely

I'll probably keep mine forever, after its street days, I hope to use it as a track car and get into amateur racing.
Its not just about never recouping the money spent in mods, all the time and effort mean something and the car has become special to me.

I feel the same way... My car, albeit a "gay" tip, is slowly but surely on that path

Me too. I'll always have a turbo porsche in my garage, even if there's another breed next to it

Sharky! You are making me feel very guilty!!!!

Right now, I say I will keep it. By the time my F430 slot comes around, won't be worth selling it.

She's been good to me and my wife wants the TT.

17,000 miles last year, drive it everyday all day....
I thought about dumping it, but just could not do it... I will be getting a bike to fill my needs and will keep the TT

Good for you pal... I'd be coming out there to kick your *** if you did. It's the best daily driver I've ever known

PS Don't go getting a 'Busa though. Once you get one of those, you can never go back to anything.

Nah no Busa, I wanna be able to turn and stop, not just go 200MPH in a straight line . Looking at the 05 Ninja ZX6R or CBR 600RR, nothing crazy

Ahhh... No kidding on those Busas. A few pals of mine here have them and add turbos/NOS. It's just crazy fast. They can even be tuned to take turns as well...

The ninja is a great bet...
