Hmm, hearing all these good words is making me want to take one out for a spin..

 

Can't wait to see what happens when/if he takes it over to Renntech (like his S600). They already have a kit that will give the SL65 +50 hp, & +100 lb.-ft. torque with a simple ECU upgrade (includes transmission changes too).

 

If you want speed... why not just buy a new SRT 10 and get the deluxe Hennesy TT kit... has like 850 HP and 900 lb's of tq... 0-60 in like 2.8 seconds <-- talk about a bargain at around $150,000 brand new!!

Treynor used his CarTest program and used a Stock SL65 RWHP dynochart to plug in. The stock car made 522rwhp, and with these numbers, he added into the program the use of slicks, 93 Octane, and a RENNTech ECU upgrade (all of which he has ordered/already put on) and the car according to the program ran a 10.97 @ 125.4 MPH

 

10.9@125 means he is going to have to hook one kick *** 60'. No doubt it will be entertaining to see that thing go on DR's! I thought my neighbors 04' Sl600 was fast, that thing just plain hauls ***.

 

I don't think DR's will be nearly enough to get that beast to hook
