You truly have a beautiful and interesting combination of parts... I am a huge fan of high reving motors hence I am smitten by the numbers and possibility of the rev limits you might achieve. Once again, congratulations on a very unique and beautiufl build.

The Mod budget took over the play money
, Unfortunatly this is the chance we take when we mod our toy's. Just look at the time & money Kevin & I have invested in this project. We are lucky to have the means to have these cars, let alone mod them. We were very lucky EVOMS stepped up to help us out. THANK YOU!!!
We just have to be carefull & not drink the Koolaid. I went through I lot of BS with two of my builds. (I made many mistakes myself) These are the chances we take...We all hope it works out in the end & try to forget the let downs, fustrations, dissapointments, sleepless nights, bitterness, & endless money we hide from our wifes

Tom, it is disappointing to hear that you find it necessary to hide Porsche upgrades from your significant other. Marriage is a partnership based on trust and mutual disclosure. That is why when it was time to take my car to EVOMS a few weeks ago I practiced what I am preaching. I laid it on the line to my wife, no sugarcoating,no obfuscation, no parsing of words. The harsh light of truth was shining upon me. That is what separates you and I my friend..... My wife was fully informed of my decision to have Todd upgrade my diverter valves and wastegate springs.

yeah right!!!!!! this is how it really went.....
I AM on the list ...have been since 2006. I actually did much to help the Pbox/Dbox become mainstream around here. I set up a 6speed group buy with VboxUSA a while back. Trust me, I have always been a prolific supplier of my data....on those rare occasions I have had a running car
I shared data from some 50+ drag runs and much more GPS based data. I dont need much prodding to get the data out there. The car isnt leaving AZ without some prelim 60-130 numbers and they will get posted, good or bad. Trap speed will take a bit longer since a 1/4 mile run in the AZ Summer heat is useless. I will wait til I get home to MI or maybe sooner if we do a EVOMS group track day somewhere with a nice track.

Along with the 60-130 numbers will you be able to log the car? Do you have access to Durametric? I would be very interested in seeing logged data!

I think you should be safe at 7800 RPMs? I base this judgement on my car which does not have all the high RPM goodies of your motor. I have around 10K on my car since the 3.8 liter build 2 and half years ago and the max RPM is 7800. The motor is tight and still running strong, wish I could say that about my tranny! I hope this little bit of information helps you in your endeavor.

Speaking of the lil lady I need to msg you this years rack schedule she agreed to. Most of them are mid-ohio but managed to get grattan, gman, road rage america and the glen on there.
You must be getting old like me wrspt pushing the engine. Was hellbent on a 150+ trap but right now it just doesn't seem that important vs grenading a motor... for now anyway...
Looking forward to seeing that monster of yours tear it up!
