Wow - and all that is holy ... how I do love thee ... let me count the ways ... why aren't these things standard parts? It is just too cool and I couldn't be happier.

I haven't paid the bill yet and I know I overpaid because I had the dealer do the install, but DE day is SAT and I needed it now.

Snick snick snick, fast fast fast ....

I was in the corners hard on the gas and the shifts were super!!! Is there any downside? What am I missing?

The only downside I can see is that you paid the dealer to do it and it is a 45min DYI job. I love mine too!!!

996 SSK or 997 Stock Shifter - anything is better than 996 Stock Shifter.IMO...best thing I ever did was get rid of the stock shifter

Topless TTS is infamous around these parts
some folks here have complained of notchy feel after install. I have been extremely satisfied with mine and also feel it is tremendous improvement over stock. Otherwise no down sides at all...just enjoy the new feel.
