Litronic Help

did a search, just wanted to confirm my diagnosis before I order parts...

Litronics/ xenon not working- both right and left side

Hi beams working but only when you pull the lever back- not push forward!

Parking and fog ok.

tried wiggling the light switch but no change

My plan was to buy a new light switch- sound like a reasonable approach? Can't imagine both bulbs going out simultaneously...

Thanks

Sameer

Most commonly the switch...

Where are you buying the part and how much is it? I'm about to do the same for my car when I get back home.

I think most people, myself included, find Sunset Imports Porsche in Oregon to be the cheapest. Some use Suncoast in Florida too.

Is this the relay or is this something else? I couldn't find any mention of a specific relay for the litronics and this was in the section behind the litronics part.

from the workshop manual:

96 72 19 Removing and installing signal converter/ immobilizer

seems like its behind the left side AC vent.
