Properly mounting competition belts in your car- Pictures for your Safety.
6 Speeders.
There has been a ton of discussion on the proper mounting of competition seat belts.
I wanted to take this oppurtunity to show you how a proper seat belt anchor is secured in a race car. ( 997 GT3 CUP ) shown.
As you can see it is NOT mounted to the seat or seat mount in anyway shape or form.
The correct and proper way to mount your competition harness is as follows:
In the end what is your life worth?

As you can see these are mounted to the chassis directly.
Picture show in a 997 GT3 CUP.

Center tunnel on a 997 GT3 Cup.
I hope this helps when you are installing or having the shop you choose to install your belts do the job correctly.

You can mount the shoulder belts to the rollbar - I presume this is what you are asking.
When I sold my GT3 Seats to a member here, he wanted the GT3 "seat" anchors that came with those Euro GT3 seats. I warned him then that many clubs won't pass the car at tech inspection with the lap belts mounted to the seat.
Thanks for posting this Fabryce. Unfortunately, at the club level many who are doing tech inspections don't even know what they're looking for, beyond brake lights and pad thickness, and checking for cracks in rotors...Afterall, Most are volunteer drivers at the events...
