I would suggest starting at oem pressures and check them after the first session. Just relax and have fun. Don't worry about rev matching, heel toe, trail braking etc at this point in time.

 

Thanks for the ride today, Jon! You are super good! Sorry I couldn't stay and talk more after the ride, I was really overheated (only 95 today with high humidity) and a little car sick! :-) I really don't like riding with people driving normally, and riding around a track a high speeds did the trick!

Now you get to ride with me! Hope I don't scare you with my rookie driving!
