little bugger held up good for a little 2.0L. 360 drivers didn't do a great job w/ the lines at some sections

the 360 driver sucked, so did the s2k driver for that matter, but the s2k is highly modded...look at his steering wheel, it doesn't even have an airbag.

 

I still give the S2000 driver credit. Also, how can we be certain the S2000 is heavily modded? It's possible the car just has an aftermarket steering wheel.

 

Just because the S2K has an aftermarket steering wheel, it doesn't mean it's highly modded. I had a friend with a Honda Civic and an aftermarket steering wheel and the car was pretty much STOCK! A Momo steering wheel only costs $150!!!

With the amount of walls at that track, I don't think I'd be driving my 360 like I stole it either.

S2K may have had R compound tires. As most of you know, they make a huge difference. I've been schooled by much slower cars with R compounds.

 

Wow, they were Challenge Stradales too. The driver of the S2K was great.

highly modified or not the car didn't sound like it had boost and the most you can really get out of those cars is about 20 HP. Suspension mods haven't turned out to be extremely effective over stock.


Might just throw the wheel on for track days.

S2000's are gay.

 

I would say that's bad track etiquette on the part of those 360s. The S2000 was right up their butts in all the corners. They should have gotten out his way. (I'm assuming this was not a race.) They also had bad lines.

 

 

If you're talking about everyday driving, the added torque at low RPMs coupled with a softer suspension is a better deal than previous models. However, you still have purists that prefer the 9000 RPM redline and twitchy suspension.

In my opinion, the 04's also look better with the changes in the front fascia and the 17" wheels.
